General

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site.

I reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Products

Each item is thoughtfully designed and, in many cases, handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, placement, brushstrokes, stitching, wood grain, or other natural characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

I make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor, or device settings.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are created specifically for each customer based on the information provided at checkout or during the design process.

Customers are responsible for verifying that all names, dates, spelling, colors, and customization details are accurate before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded except in the event of damage, defects, or an error on my part.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is required before an order enters production or ships.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed.

Shipping

Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Glass Drinkware

Glass products should be handled with care. Glass may break if exposed to sudden or extreme temperature changes or impact.

Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the design and extend the life of the product.

Little Brush Creative is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidental breakage, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, website content, and other creative materials are the intellectual property of Little Brush Creative and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any artwork or design.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, traced, scanned, digitized, used for commercial purposes, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Brush Creative shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of any products.

My total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
